Well I know I JUST posted about Hand Sewn Pillows yesterday.
But I made another one for my niece (without a pattern, might I add)
What did I decide on?
A Tooth Fairy Pillow!
Yes, you heard me correctly. I made a little pillow responsible for holding tiny teeth and big dolla' bills.
Wanna see?

Directions:
First, I made some cartoon tooth sketches, and when I finally drew one I liked I traced it on felt and cut it out. I also cut out a few circles for eyes, a rectangle for the pocket, and little hearts for embellishment.
I put on the eyes, hearts and pocket on using a running stitch.

And the mouth using a backstitch.

After stitching on the eyes, mouth, hearts, and pocket. It was time to sew a running stitch all around the tooth. I stopped with about 2 inches left to stuff it, then stitched the last two inches up.
AND TADA:
I introduce Ruth the Tooth!
And the back where the teeth & dolla' bills go! :)
Isn't little Ruth adorable?
I can't wait to give this to my niece next month! :)
I'm addicted to sewing.
What should I make next??
